We begin with a thorough site assessment to check for moisture, surface contamination and existing coatings. Concrete is then mechanically prepared using diamond grinding and/or shot blasting to achieve an ICRI CSP 3–4 profile — the critical foundation for a coating that bonds and lasts.
We apply a penetrating primer coat, followed by one or two build coats of 100% solids epoxy, then finish with a UV-stable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat for maximum chemical and abrasion resistance. Anti-slip aggregate can be broadcast into the wet topcoat at your preference.
